Monthly services reserve team time and require account setup before launch, so refund eligibility depends on delivery stage.
Before work starts
Cancellation can be requested within 48 hours of payment and before audit or setup begins. Eligible funds are returned to the original payment method, less any non-refundable gateway fees if applicable.
After work starts
Once audit, setup or campaign work begins, requests are reviewed against completed work and committed costs; a full refund is not automatic.
Renewal and cancellation
The current checkout covers one month and does not auto-renew unless a separate authorization is agreed. You may cancel the next month before its service cycle starts.
